Bookkeeper Needed in Bradenton Florida

The Salary being offered for this position is $28 to $35 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-charge bookkeeping, including reconciliations and financial reports
• Manage payroll, daily expenses, and assist with tax prep
• Oversee inventory orders and returns (RGAs)
• Support admin and HR tasks like filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Coordinate with leadership on calendars and travel
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and collaborate with showroom and operations teams

Qualifications:

• 2+ years bookkeeping experience (required)
• Proficient in QuickBooks; NetSuite Oracle or Windward experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills; familiar with Google Docs and MS Office
• Detail-oriented, organized, and discreet
• Retail/showroom experience preferred
• Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5:00
