Pay: $25–$35/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (OT available on Fridays)
It’s 6:00 AM in Clarkston. You’re reviewing the day’s work orders: a rooftop unit that’s short-cycling, a duct transition that needs to be custom-fabricated, and several preventive maintenance calls. By mid-morning, you’re interpreting mechanical drawings to modify a plenum, then heading to a service call where your troubleshooting skills get a downed HVAC/R system back online. In the afternoon, you pressure-test a gas line you’ve installed and close out the day ensuring every task meets code and site safety standards. It’s hands-on, technical, and rewarding—every day.
