This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on autonomy, excels in complex and secure work environments, and takes pride in leading large-scale projects from start to finish. If you’re ready to move beyond micromanagement and take full ownership of impactful, career-defining work—this is the role for you.

Your Mission:

  • Manage federal and government projects requiring strict compliance and security clearance
  • Lead safety, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination from inception to closeout
  • Deliver work in occupied and secure environments—hospitals, military bases, schools, and government sites
  • Partner closely with clients, vendors, field teams, and internal departments to ensure success
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve issues swiftly, and drive projects to completion on time and within budget
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

  • OSHA 30 or 500 certification required (EM 385 or LEED accreditation a plus)
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred

You’ll Fit Right In If You’re:

  • A hands-on leader who takes initiative and ownership
  • Cool under pressure and confident making critical decisions
  • A clear communicator who can align multiple stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented yet strategic—focused on long-term outcomes
  • Motivated by professional growth, responsibility, and meaningful work
