Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and quality control to ensure projects meet time, cost, and performance targets.
- Source, vet, and manage subcontractors to maintain high standards of workmanship and reliability.
- Conduct takeoffs, interpret blueprints, and ensure accurate material procurement.
- Monitor project costs, identify savings opportunities, and implement value engineering strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, manage documentation, and report updates.
- Resolve project challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal impact on schedules and budgets.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications - Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proficient in reading plans, generating takeoffs, and using project management software.
- Strong background in value engineering and resource management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience sourcing and managing subcontractors.
- Highly self-motivated and eager to grow with the company.

Schedule - Full-Time - Monday to Friday
- Occasional travel to project sites; per diem and expenses covered
Location - Hybrid work model with primary projects in the commercial construction sector
