Campaign Overview:

Engage with Medicare recipients interested in exploring available plans and benefits. Our agent will gather information and assess the caller's interest in Medicare plans, pre-qualify them to ensure they meet the essential criteria, and seamlessly transfer the interested and qualified individual to a licensed Medicare agent for further assistance.

Hours of operation

Our projects work primarily Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

Full-time 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pacific - 40 hours weekly.

Full-time 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific - 40 hours weekly.

 

Compensation:

Compensation is $14.00 per hour. 

EngageCX offers weekly direct deposits once set up in payroll which takes two full weeks.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous survey experience preferred.
• Friendly and professional with a clear, concise speaking voice and proper use of the English language.
• Excellent communication and call control to remain on standardized script while offering quality customer service.
• Distraction-free, secure, and quiet place to work.
• Knowledge of Windows applications, email communication, and typing skills is essential. 
• Comfortable managing multiple applications simultaneously.
• Pass a complete Felony and HIPPA background check. (This is at no cost to the applicant and does not include a credit check)

Equipment Requirements:

Please check your email and spam filters after you place your application. Our interview process is self-paced, and you will immediately receive detailed instructions on how to complete the steps. You are required to use a webcam for the interview and training process. 

• Newer Desktop PC or Laptop. (Sorry, Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets, and school computers are prohibited)
• Windows 11 
• Minimum 6.0 GB of Available RAM
• Minimum of 1 GB of Physical Available Memory
• Dual ear USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
• Working Webcam available for use.
• Must be hardwired to your internet using an Ethernet cord.
• Use of wireless, Satellite connections, or VPNs is prohibited.
• Minimum 50 Mbps download, 35 Mbps upload, and a ping of 10 or less with 99% connectivity to the internet provider.
• Laptop users must have and use an external keyboard and mouse.
