Full-Time | Immediate Hire | Community Engagement & Public Outreach

We are a purpose-driven marketing and outreach agency on a mission to empower nonprofits, advocacy groups, and social impact organizations . Through authentic, human-centered engagement, we amplify meaningful causes and bring them directly to the communities that need them most.

As our impact grows, we’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to serve as the compassionate, public-facing voice of change at live outreach events and campaigns.

This is not your typical customer service job. As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll work face-to-face with the public at community events, pop-up activations, and live campaigns —engaging, informing, and inspiring support for incredible nonprofit causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and advocacy organizations at live outreach events

• Communicate mission-driven messages with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm

• Build meaningful connections with community members, donors, and supporters

• Collaborate with outreach and campaign teams to increase awareness and engagement

• Serve as a professional and authentic ambassador for important social causes

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine passion for nonprofit work, advocacy, or community involvement

• Positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

• No prior experience needed – paid, hands-on training provided
