Digital Designer

We seek a highly creative and strategic Digital Designer to join our expanding LA studio. As the Digital Designer, you will drive the visual identity of our brand across all digital channels, from ads and email to landing pages, social, and on-site experiences. You will lead design projects, oversee photo and video layout direction, and develop systems to ensure the team can work quickly without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly autonomous, and passionate about translating product into high-impact, conversion-focused visuals.

What you’ll do :

• Spearhead the creation of high-impact, social-first video edits, motion graphics, and static images as your primary priority, while providing design oversight for other digital touchpoints such as email campaigns, PDPs, ecommerce storefronts, retail store graphics, and landing pages. 
• Build creative campaign concepts and design high-impact assets that drive engagement and conversion across channels
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and workflows to ensure consistent brand execution and efficiency across the team
• Oversee photo and video layout direction, ensuring assets integrate seamlessly into digital experiences and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with our marketing, catalog, operations, and content teams to align creative strategy, messaging, and performance goals
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation and deadlines
• Use data and performance insights to iterate on designs and improve engagement and conversion
• Stay on top of digital design, ecommerce, and visual marketing trends to continuously evolve PAVOI’s creative approach

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• Experience in digital design for ecommerce, with a strong portfolio showcasing ads, landing pages, email, and social content
• Strong conceptual skills and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals
• Experience overseeing photography/video layout or directing shoots
• High autonomy and comfort leading projects end-to-end
• A strategic mindset and attention to detail to build scalable design systems

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in a fast-growing ecommerce or retail brand
• Motion graphics or video editing skills
• Experience working in a creative studio environment with live shopping content

Additional Information

PAVOI is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The starting pay range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years of experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.

The total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus and benefits (which may differ by country).
