Job Description

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you’ll be the heart of daily support, helping individuals live with dignity and independence. You’ll:

• Provide hands-on care and encouragement.
• Assist with personal needs like bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Support individuals in building life skills and reaching personal goals.
• Create a safe, respectful, and positive environment where people can thrive.

• Observant, detail-oriented, and motivated by growth.
• Comfortable using technology for documentation.
• At least 18 years old.
• Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
