Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and experienced Spanish-speaking Attorney licensed to practice in Arizona, with a strong background in both Family Law and Criminal Defense. The ideal candidate will be a skilled litigator and negotiator with a passion for serving diverse communities, including Spanish-speaking clients who require culturally sensitive legal representation. This role involves direct client contact, case management from start to finish, courtroom advocacy, and a collaborative approach to working with a multidisciplinary legal team. The attorney must be confident, organized, and capable of handling a diverse caseload with a high degree of professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions

Qualifications:

• Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
• Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
