We're searching for a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer who's not just experienced-but passionate about building the future of Florida's infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading the design and delivery of major FDOT bridge projects
* Mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical teams
* Interfacing with DOT officials and stakeholders
* Applying your in-depth knowledge of FDOT manuals, processes, and standards
What You Need to Succeed:
* ✔️ Florida PE license (Required)
* 10-15 years of structural bridge engineering experience
* Minimum 10 years using FDOT guidance and standards
* Strong proficiency in bridge design, specs, and analysis
* Leadership skills and the ability to guide project teams and collaborate across departments
