About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. As an NP, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions. Nurse Practitioners play a vital role in expanding access to care, improving patient outcomes, and addressing provider shortages-especially in underserved communities. With projected job growth of 45% by 2030, this role is in increasingly high demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging studies.
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians when needed.
- Provide health education, preventive care, and lifestyle counseling.
- Coordinate patient care and make referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Family, Adult-Gerontology, Pediatrics, or another specialty
- Active RN and NP license.
- Board certification (e.g., AANP or ANCC).
- Minimum 2 5 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome depending on the practice).
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal communication, and patient engagement skills.
- Experience with EHR systems and a commitment to evidence-based care.
