Join our dynamic Corporate Procurement team as a Junior Buyer, where you'll play a vital part in streamlining our clients' purchasing operations and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. You'll work alongside experienced procurement professionals who are committed to mentoring your growth and helping you build a strong foundation in corporate buying practices. + **Purchase Order Excellence** : Oversee end-to-end purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy, timely approvals, and seamless vendor coordination + **ServiceNow Request Management** : Handle buyer requests through our ServiceNow platform, providing prompt support to internal stakeholders and maintaining workflow efficiency + **Procurement Operations Support** : Contribute to daily procurement activities including vendor communications, order tracking, and process improvements + **System Administration** : Maintain data integrity across procurement platforms while supporting system updates and user training initiatives + **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Partner with various departments to understand purchasing needs and deliver solutions that align with the client's objectives **Essential Experience:** + 1-3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain support, or related purchasing roles + Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise procurement systems (Microsoft D365, Oracle, SAP, or comparable platforms) + Strong organizational capabilities with proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement **Valued Additions:** + Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate + Previous exposure to corporate procurement environments and best practices + Working knowledge of contract administration and vendor onboarding workflows + Solid Microsoft Office suite competency, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.   + Pay Range: $35/hr **DOE** + Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, Professional development program, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required) + An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies, and qualities that set our team apart.    At RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
