My clients are the leading recruitment agencies in Austin and are looking to hire Junior Recruitment Consultants to join their team.
What you'll be doing:
- Connecting job seekers with opportunities
- Headhunting candidates
- Business Development - winning new clients, developing existing accounts, nurturing client relationships
- Developing your own sales & negotiation skills
- Pitching, negotiating & agreeing terms of business
To be successful you'll need to be:
- Interested in a career in sales
- A team player and ready to work hard
- Ideally have previous experience in a sales based role
- Keen on progressing your career and working with exciting clients within tech & financial services
