Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer Location Remote :

We are looking for a Lead ( Senior) Microsoft Dynamics CRM lead developer ( only those interested in a 1099 contract , are US citizens and can go through a background check should apply ) who will:

· Work directly with the Dynamics CRM team and customers to assist in documenting requirements and develop solutions using CRM Dynamics hosted in Azure

· Adhere to industry standard best practices for software development and maintenance

· Effectively present technical information to all level of staff and senior leadership

· Troubleshoot production issues and recommends innovative and effective solutions

· Perform hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions

· Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage the client's business process, customize built-in entities, create and customize Dynamics forms, create and maintain Dynamics business processes and workflows

· Develop data conversion and testing strategies

· Work with project management team to develop overall scope and work plan for implementing requirements

· Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements

· Work with customers at all levels of technical ability by assisting them in the customization and development of CRM solutions

· Quickly identify defects and their root cause during all phases of the software development lifecycle

· Work closely with Federal customer to ensure implementation of system functions according to stakeholder needs

· Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements

Required qualifications:

· 8+ years hands on experience in experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET development using VB.NET, C# and other .NET programming languages

· Hands on experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS

· Hands on experience in customizing and creating CRM entities and working with Dynamics portals

· 8+ years of web development experience

· Experience working with Dynamics portals

· Ability to work in an agile / SAFe development environment with shifting priorities

· Deep understanding of CRM capabilities and architecture and ability to determine the best approach as to when to employ out of the box configurations vs. custom development

· Certifications - Finance&Operations App Solutions Architect Expert Certification (preferred) or Finance&Operations App Developer Associate Certification Or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Customer Engagement Apps Certification

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science related field

Contract Requirements:

· Contract Requires US Citizenship, please do not apply unless you are a US citizen, you are interested in 1099 contract work and you are opened to foregoing a background check

· Must be able to obtain and maintain an Agency specific Public Trust clearance (the clearance might take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to 2-3 months to obtain)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Overtime pay

Experience level:

• 9 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
