Job Overview:

As a Remote Life Support Coach, you will provide coaching services to individuals navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. You will offer virtual sessions to support clients in building resilience, improving mental health, and managing stress, all through digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual coaching sessions via video calls, phone calls, or messaging platforms.
Help clients manage stress, build resilience, and develop strategies with personal challenges.
Create customized action plans and provide regular follow-ups to monitor progress.
Teach mindfulness techniques, and goal-setting practices to improve emotional well-being.
