We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager to lead our shipping, receiving and warehouse operations, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, and oversee import / export compliance and warehouse processes.

Job Summary The Logistics Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of warehouse operations from shipping, receiving, carrier negotiation, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, and trade compliance. This role manages the logistics team, ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, and drives continuous improvement in logistics and inventory processes. The Logistics Manager also ensures compliance with all relevant domestic and international shipping regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Lead daily Gemba and Safety walks, ensuring a safe and productive warehouse with 0 safety incidents
- Lead daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective execution
- Manage and develop a small team, including oversight of workload, training, and performance
- Oversee freight carrier performance and ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Coordinate international shipments and ensure export documentation accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g., EAR)
- Utilize ERP and logistics systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Precision, ACE) to manage transactions, track inventory movements, and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and support cycle count programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, production, customer experience) to meet shipping and customer delivery expectations
- Utilize data to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
- Partner with corporate compliance teams to ensure adherence to global trade requirements
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software (e.g., JD Edwards, Precision, ACE)
- Strong understanding of export documentation, compliance processes, and U.S. trade regulations
- Proven team leadership and employee development experience
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Total Rewards The compensation range for this position is $94,600.00 - $142,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
