Hourly Rate: $36,000 - $51,000 annually

Position Overview:

Serve as a vital clinical liaison in a physician's office, coordinating patient care and supporting providers through efficient clinical operations and EPIC EMR expertise.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification: Must have one of the following qualifications:
  • Certified Medical Assistant through the appropriate board (e.g., American Association of Medical Assistants).
  • Registered through the appropriate board (e.g., The American Registry of Medical Assistants).
• Experience: 1+ years of experience desired.
• Technical Skills:
  • EPIC EMR proficiency
  • Clinical workflow coordination
• Soft Skills:
  • Patient/family communication
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a physician's office setting, assisting providers and staff in coordinating patient care.
• Serve as a primary liaison between patients, families, staff, and providers.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient record management
