Our well-known pharma client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join

their team on an 8-month assignment.

This role is hybrid. Candidates must be able to work onsite 3 days/week

in Mettawa, IL (2 days work from home, 40 hours/week).

In order to be considered Project Coordinator must:\

Generate and present usage reports and financial impact to brand partners\ Respond in a timely manner to emails, calls and escalated help desk tickets to support the field and home office users with system access and training materials\ Provide operational support and problem-solving assistance to US Field-based teams, including Commercial Sales, Marketing, and external vendor partners\ Effectively prioritize across competing projects, maintaining constant flow of communication with customers and demonstrating strong project management abilities.\ Strong analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and creativity in problem-solving

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems,

confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
