Key Responsibilities: + Drive the recruitment lifecycle for finance, technology, administrative, and other professional roles. + Source, screen, and interview candidates, matching them to roles that align with their skills and career goals. + Build and maintain strong networks, nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates. + Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates. + Partner closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver hiring solutions. + Coach candidates through the interview and offer process while negotiating terms on behalf of both candidate and client. Requirements + Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline preferred but not required. + Experience: At least 2+ years of recruiting experience; staffing agency experience is highly desirable. + Skills: Strong negotiation skills, relationship-building expertise, and results-driven mindset. + Technical Proficiency: CRM or ATS experience preferred, as well as LinkedIn and talent-sourcing tools. + Attributes: Entrepreneurial spirit, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced setting.
