As a Senior Media Buyer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand communication strategy and executing high-impact paid advertising campaigns . You’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing cross-channel and omnichannel strategies that drive engagement, maximize conversions, and enhance the customer experience. With your expertise in budget allocation across multiple platforms, you’ll ensure a seamless and personalized buyer journey. Your primary focus will be on optimizing campaign performance and delivering measurable results, all while contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Create detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage campaign data to scale budgets effectively, refine targeting, and enhance CPAs, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to design compelling content tailored to specific buyer personas, ensuring ads resonate with target audiences.
• Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Partner with fellow media buyers to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering continuous improvement and innovation across the team.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising technologies to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and competitive.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3-4 Years of Paid Advertising Experience: Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, with a focus on driving measurable results and optimizing for KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and conversions.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing campaign data and using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Managers to optimize performance and scale campaigns effectively.
• Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present data, collaborate with teams, and explain strategies clearly.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work with creative and media teams, share best practices, and mentor junior team members to drive collective success.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, able to identify challenges and take quick action to resolve them.
• Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
• Deadline-Driven: Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving campaign goals.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
• 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
• 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

SALARY:

Depends on your skills, competencies, and experience with the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
