We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care for a short-term contract assignment. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive wound assessment, treatment, and management while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesPerform wound assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide evidence-based wound treatments and dressing changes
Monitor healing progress and document patient outcomes accurately
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management and prevention
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate treatment plans
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
Active California RN license (must be current)
Minimum 3 years of Wound Care nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Proof of negative TB screening within the past 12 months
Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
