Now Hiring: Full-Time Sign Installer Join Our Team as a Sign Installer at Converge Signs! Converge Signs is looking to add a dependable, experienced Sign Installer to our growing crew. This role involves working in the field to install, maintain, and repair a wide range of indoor and outdoor signage. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to following safety best practices. Experience in the sign industry is preferred, but we value reliability, strong workmanship, and a solid work ethic above all. Responsibilities: • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to install a wide range of interior and exterior signage, including, but not limited to, channel letters, post and panel signs, pole signs, monument signs, vinyl graphics, and more! • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges in the field. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring quality workmanship and efficient project execution. • Professional and customer-focused, with the ability to communicate effectively on job sites and represent Converge in a positive, respectful manner. Qualifications: • 1-year experience in construction, carpentry, or fencing is required • Must be physically fit and have great hand dexterity • A high school diploma or GED is preferred • Must have valid driver’s license • Strong customer satisfaction, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must • Valid driver's license. • Experience installing both interior and exterior signage. • Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems. • Skilled in using hand tools and power equipment. • Strong awareness of safety practices and protocols. • Must be comfortable with heights.
