Position Overview:
The Social Media Internship is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and animal care. The intern will support our online presence by creating engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand values and mission. You’ll gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content with a focus on photography and video of our daycare and boarding activities.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (we may consider a High School student with classes focused on social media).
- Strong understanding of and passion for social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Genuine love for dogs and enthusiasm for our mission.
