About the Role:

As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic leader, responsible for driving the full spectrum of HR functions across our global organization, encompassing 300+ employees. You will partner closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure a positive and engaging employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Global HR Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global HR strategy that aligns with the firm's overall business objectives, considering cultural nuances and legal requirements across different regions.

• Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including organizational design, talent management, and change management.

• Employee Experience: Champion and enhance the employee experience, fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement programs to drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention.

• Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning processes to attract, develop, and retain top talent globally.

• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and market best practices.

• Payroll Management: Manage global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Work with internal teams and external vendors to streamline payroll operations.

• HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations across all global locations, mitigating risk and maintaining ethical standards.

• HR Systems and Processes: Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.

• Employee Relations: Proactively address employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in a senior HR role supporting a global organization.

• Deep understanding of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing global HR strategies and programs.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

• Experience managing global payroll processes.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

• Experience in the legal industry is a plus.

• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
