Role Overview
This is not a sit-on-the-sidelines internship. Our Summer BIM/VDC Internship is designed for students who want real exposure to how complex buildings are actually delivered - and who want to build skills that set them apart before graduation. Interns work alongside experienced BIM and VDC professionals on active projects, gaining visibility into multiple trades, coordination strategies, and client-facing workflows that most students don't see until years into their careers. By the end of the program, you won't just understand how models are built - you'll understand how they drive decisions, solve problems, and shape real construction outcomes. If you're curious, motivated, and want a head start in a high-demand field, this internship gives you a meaningful edge.

Program Overview
This internship program immerses interns in real-world BIM/VDC project delivery. Interns shadow active project teams, attend structured technical sessions, and complete a guided capstone project.

- Attend internal and client meetings | Weekly 60–90 minute sessions covering BIM fundamentals, Revit, coordination, BIM for GCs and Owners, and Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
| Each intern completes a mentor-guided capstone project simulating a real BIM/VDC scenario, ending with a formal presentation.
