Job Title: Virtual Receptionist/ Call Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Receptionist/ Call Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing all incoming calls and inquiries, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services
- Schedule appointments and manage the company's calendar
- Coordinate and confirm appointments with clients and team members
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Familiarity with sports industry is a plus
