INDUSTRIAL MECHANICAL INSULATOR
– Hiring Experienced or with Equivalent Skills/Experience
Wage Rate Range: $19.00
Currently hiring experienced Industrial Mechanical Insulators. We are looking for highly motivated, skilled tradesmen/craftsmen to join our team. This position will integrate you into a company that cares about its customers and team members. We offer additional opportunities within our company as your skills and strengths become evident. We perform strictly in the industrial market which will expose you to a variety of insulation practices, projects and sites. Due to our client base this position may require you to travel within the Michigan area.
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate ability to continue to learn to install, repair, and remove insulation.
2. Display ability to use measuring devices, hand and/or power tools, and insulation materials.
3. Perform each task that is requested with a focus on safety and overall efficiency.
4. Display the willingness to work in any environment due to the nature of our industry.
5. Represent the company as stated in our handbook.
6. Understand the benefits of working in a “Team” environment that allows you to grow both professionally and personally.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of two (2) years industrial mechanical insulation experience or two (2) years of carpentry or construction experience.
2. Minimum education of high school graduate or equivalent.
3. Display interest in continuing to learn and develop skills as a craftsman.
4. Industry standard lifting requirements.
5. Display the ability to communicate efficiently and work well in a team setting.
6. Effective with time management.
7. Willingness to take direction.
