CMHA is looking to hire a Private Practice Clinical Director for Flourish to Better Health. This position will be located in Middlebury, CT.
Compensation Range: The annual salary range for this position starts at $90,000.
Position Summary: A Clinical Director will serve as both a clinical leader and a business strategist. The Clinical Director will oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that therapy and counseling services meet the highest professional and ethical standards, while also supervising and mentoring clinical staff. The Clinical Director will act as a business leader by managing operations, budgets, and compliance, building relationships with referral sources, and guiding the growth of the practice. This dual role requires balancing the needs of patients, staff, insurers, and community partners, while driving organizational success through strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a clear vision for the practice’s future. As the Business/Clinical Leader, you will be the strategic and operational force behind Flourish to Better Health’s growth. This hybrid role blends clinical insight with business acumen, empowering the Clinical Director to shape the future of the practice while ensuring exceptional care delivery. The Clinical Director will lead with purpose, build with passion, and drive innovation across all aspects of the business.
