**Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator** **Job Description** Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials using a Stand-Up Reach, High Reach, or Counter Balance Forklift (Crown brand). Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation. Inspect each pallet and/or case for proper quantities, items, brands, and lot codes. **Responsibilities** + Operate Stand-Up Reach, High Reach, and Counter Balance Forklift (Crown brand). + Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials. + Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts. + Ensure proper stock rotation. + Inspect each pallet and/or case for proper quantities, items, brands, and lot codes. + Perform inbound and outbound tasks. + Case pick and pallet pick. + Put away and replenish stock. + Operate RF scanner. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of and ability to operate a Stand-Up forklift (Reach) Crown Brand. + Meet medium level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. + Ability to learn how to operate RF systems in a logistics environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklift operating, reach truck, case picker, and stand-up reach forklift. + Familiarity with RF scanner. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values efficiency and precision in a dynamic logistics environment. Listen to music on your phone speaker (no headsets allowed). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
