Eye 4 Group is seeking an experienced Sign Installer to join our growing team. If you have 2-5 years of professional sign installation experience and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to talk to you.

We build and install creative, higher-end signage projects that are seen across Indiana and surrounding states. From monument signs and commercial signage to interior and exterior installations, our work is visible, impactful, and built to last.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and execute sign installation projects from start to finish
• Load, transport, and set up materials, tools, and hardware safely
• Prepare job sites - dig footings, set posts, remove old signage, and ensure proper site conditions
• Assemble, mount, and install signs according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards
• Work with power tools, lift equipment, electrical connections, and specialty installation hardware
• Perform electrical connections for illuminated signs (low voltage and line voltage)
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions in the field
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site safety standards
• Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure on-time, high-quality completion

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2-5 years of professional sign installation experience (monument signs, channel letters, cabinet signs, interior graphics, etc.)
• Proven experience with sign mounting techniques, hardware installation, and proper structural anchoring
• Strong knowledge of installation tools, equipment, and safety protocols
• Experience with boom lifts, scissor lifts, and working at heights
• Electrical experience with sign lighting and connections strongly preferred
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation specifications
• Must be strong, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
• Comfortable with occasional overnight travel for out-of-town projects
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
