Job Title: MIG Welder.
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm.
Pay Rate: $16–$18/hr.
Parking: Yes.
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Company Overview:
Process Systems and Components is currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for welders with experience working on carbon steel structural frames. We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel structural frames in accordance with technical specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Set up welding equipment properly, including voltage, wire speed, and gas flow.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and structural integrity.
• Grind, smooth, and finish welds to meet quality control standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience (carbon steel preferred).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding procedures.
• Solid understanding of MIG welding techniques for structural applications.
• Experience using grinders, saws, and other metalworking tools.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely and efficiently.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-driven.
